In this full-time day-shift role, you will educate patients, verify insurance details, schedule appointments, and support the referral workflow, contributing to a compassionate, efficient patient experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with insurance referrals or medical office experience.
• Knowledge of patient registration and insurance concepts.

• Contact insurance companies and obtains authorization for specific plans.
• Educate patients and staff with pertinent referral and insurance information.
• Obtains urgent authorizations same day and next day.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Answer questions, route calls appropriately, and relay messages to clinical staff.
• Verify patient registration and insurance information.
• Support referrals, authorizations, and patient outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Test tracks the referrals until fulfilled by the patient.

What You\'ll Do
