What You\'ll Do

• Contact insurance companies and obtains authorization for specific plans.

• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.


• Answer questions, route calls appropriately, and relay messages to clinical staff.


• Verify patient registration and insurance information.


• Support referrals, authorizations, and patient outreach activities.


• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.


• Test tracks the referrals until fulfilled by the patient.

• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years' experience with insurance referrals, prior authorization or other relevant medical office experience.
