Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Referral Coordinator to serve as a critical link between patients and their care team. You will manage referrals, authorizations, and follow-up to ensure seamless patient journeys.

Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, educating patients and staff on referral details, and maintaining accurate records. A High School Diploma and 2+ years in medical referrals are required.

What You'll Do

• Contact insurance companies and obtains authorization for specific plans.
• Educate patients and staff with pertinent referral and insurance information.

General Requirements

• EDUCATION: High School Diploma
• CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: None
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years’ experience with insurance referrals, prior authorization or other relevant medical office experience.
