Job summary

Alcanza seeks a Patient Liaison to support onsite recruitment at our Boston/Roslindale site. You will perform pre-screenings, guide eligible volunteers into studies, and coordinate scheduling with study teams.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and privacy, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. A minimum of five years in healthcare or related fields is expected, and CTMS/EHR familiarity is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in healthcare, call center, or medical research environment.
• CTMS experience and familiarity with EHR systems preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute onsite patient pre-screening and pivot qualified patients into active studies.
• Evaluate eligibility via screening interviews, records review, or staff discussions.
• Manage patient scheduling and follow-ups, reminders, and rescheduling.
• Track No-Show/DNQ and optimize workflow.
• Capture inbound physician referral leads and maintain patient portals.
• Maintain CTMS updates and patient status accuracy.
