Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research, LLC is seeking a Patient Liaison to support onsite patient recruitment across our North Georgia Clinical Research location in Woodstock, GA. You will conduct pre-screening, assist in enrollment, and schedule visits at local sites.

The role requires a high school diploma with 5 years in healthcare, call center, or medical research. Bilingual English/Spanish and CTMS experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, or equivalent, AND a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a healthcare, call center, or medical research environment, or a similar field, is required.
• MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT or other medical license is preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute onsite patient pre-screening and focus on pivoting qualified patients into active studies for dedicated and local sites if patients are willing to travel.
• Evaluate eligibility through screening interviews, medical records reviews, or discussions with site staff; support patient path to enrollment and follow-up communications.
• Monitor and manage onsite screening visit schedules; schedule/reschedule appointments as needed.
• Own No-Show/DNQ tracking, triaging and optimization.
• Capture/manage inbound physician referral leads.
• Address and resolve patient barriers to study entry with available support services.
• Update Clinical Conductor/CTMS with patient touches and statuses.
• Create targeted call lists based on criteria in CTMS for efficient outreach.
• Contribute to regional recruitment results and assist with collecting performance metrics.
• Notify leadership of barriers to screens promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of studies, inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Manage patient portal leads and refer-a-friend campaigns.
• Represent company with healthcare referral partners.
• Assist with local community outreach events.
• May assist with recruiter training and other duties as needed.
