Job summary

Alcanza, a growing multi-site clinical research company, is hiring a Patient Liaison to support onsite patient recruitment across Phase I-IV studies. You will conduct pre-screening and scheduling to ensure smooth enrollment at North Georgia Clinical Research in Woodstock, GA.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in healthcare or related fields, CTMS experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years in healthcare, call center, or medical research.
• MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT or medical license preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish helpful; strong scheduling and CTMS experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite patient pre-screening and steer qualified patients to studies at local sites.
• Evaluate eligibility via screening interviews, medical record reviews, or staff discussions; manage follow-up communications.
• Schedule and re-schedule onsite screenings; monitor visit calendars.
• Manage No-Show/DNQ tracking and triage, optimize workflow.
• Handle inbound physician referrals and patient portal leads; support Refer-A-Friend campaigns.
