Option Care Health is hiring a Specialist, Patient Registration to ensure a smooth transition for new patients into our home infusion services. You will collaborate with Sales to prepare patients for services and manage the transition to home/AIS, coordinating with multiple teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, documentation, and problem-solving in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Ability to multi-task and support multiple referrals at once.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate discharge with patient, referral source, sales, pharmacy, and nursing.
• Create, communicate and obtain all required documentation for new referrals.
• Assist patients with upfront payment options and connect to financial assistance.
• Support clean claims on hold and denial management with follow-up on missing paperwork.
• Assist Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments.
