Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Patient Registration / Patient Access Specialist in Little Rock, AR to facilitate seamless onboarding of new patients transitioning to home infusion services. The role collaborates with sales, pharmacy and nursing to ensure smooth discharge, documentation, and patient setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Engages with patient, referral source, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery.
• Creates, communicates and obtains all required documentation for new referrals.
• Secures patient’s upfront payment including assisting patients to find avenues for payment where needed.
• Supports the ongoing activities needed to ensure clean claims on hold and denial management.
• Assist Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed.
