Option Care Health LLC is seeking a Specialist, Patient Registration to streamline new patient onboarding and transition to our home infusion services. You will collaborate with sales, nursing, and pharmacy to coordinate discharge, secure nursing and delivery, and prepare all referral documentation.

Responsibilities include upfront payment facilitation, assisting patients with payment options, and supporting denial management. Prior experience in healthcare billing is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.

Mansioni

• Engages with patient, referral source, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery.
• Creates, communicates and obtains all required documentation for new referrals.
• Secures patient’s upfront payment and assists patients to find payment avenues (financial assistance).
• Supports ongoing activities to ensure clean claims on hold and denial management.
• Assist Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments.
