Qualifications

• Prev. customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
• Experience in food service or dietary-related fields preferred.
• Fluent English; bilingual/multilingual a plus.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Comfort with using web-based software and telephone headset; typing 35–45 wpm.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Function in a fast-paced call center environment where calls are recorded and reviewed.
• Maintain a friendly, efficient customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Adapt to customer needs and direct calls as related to meals or nutritional needs.
• Use software to record patient orders and maintain knowledge of therapeutic diets.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and the Food & Nutrition team to ensure accurate patient nutrition.
• Uphold privacy, safety, and dignity of customers and comply with regulations and policies.
