Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
• Experience in food service or dietary clerk role preferred.
• English fluency required; bilingual or multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take patient meal orders.
• Use software to record patient orders.
• Maintain knowledge of therapeutic diets to ensure accuracy of orders.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and Food & Nutrition team to ensure proper nutrition.
• Protect patient privacy and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow ARAMARK policies and local/state/federal regulations.
