Job summary

HALO Precision Diagnostics (HALO Dx) is seeking an Entry-Level Patient Navigator to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing, provide education, and support phlebotomy activities. This in-person, full-time role in Orange Park, FL emphasizes compassionate patient care and seamless coordination with clinical teams.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with nationally certified phlebotomy credentials and at least 2 years of relevant experience, including insurance

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a front-office or back-office setting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing from start to finish.
• Provide clear education about testing, procedures and next steps.
• Serve as primary contact to ensure a supportive patient experience.
• Conduct structured patient consultations for clarity, accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with partner sites and clinical teams to integrate workflows.
