Job summary

HALO Precision Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) to guide patients through hereditary cancer testing. You will educate patients, coordinate care, and perform phlebotomy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a seamless, compassionate experience.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with venipuncture experience.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in healthcare setting.
• BLS certification required.
• English and Spanish language proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the hereditary cancer testing process.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Educate patients on testing procedures and next steps.
• Document accurately in EMR/EHR systems.
• Support scheduling and follow-up with patients and partner sites.
