HALO Precision Diagnostics (HALO Dx) is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) for hereditary cancer testing in Pembroke Pines, FL. The role combines patient education, coordination, and phlebotomy support within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient experiences.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, stock options, and a Monday–Friday schedule with a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM window. English and Spanish language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (front or back office).
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing process from start to finish.
• Provide education on testing, procedures, and next steps.
• Serve as the primary patient contact to ensure a supportive experience.
• Conduct structured patient consultations to ensure clarity and accuracy.
