HALO Precision Diagnostics (HALO Dx) is seeking an Entry-level Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) in Zephyrhills, FL. This in-person role supports hereditary cancer genetic testing, education, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires phlebotomy skills, 2+ years of clinical experience, insurance verification know-how, and a bilingual English/Spanish preference. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical front/back-office experience.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• BLS certification current.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing from start to finish.
• Provide education about testing procedures and next steps.
• Coordinate scheduling, specimen collection, and follow-up with patients and partners.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens for testing.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate EMR documentation.
