HALO Precision Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Navigator in Littleton, CO to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing, educate patients, coordinate care, and perform phlebotomy as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will work in a fast-growing healthcare technology company with a comprehensive benefits package and stock options, enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (front or back office).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing from start to finish.
• Provide education on testing procedures and next steps.
• Serve as primary patient contact to ensure supportive experience.
• Conduct structured patient consultations for clarity and accuracy.
• Build relationships with partner site staff and clinical teams.
• Support daily workflow integration with partner clinics.
