HALO Diagnostics (HALO Dx) is hiring a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing. You will coordinate care, educate patients, and support phlebotomy processes in a fast-paced clinical setting at Vintage Park, Houston.

Qualifications

• Current national phlebotomy certification.
• Strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical healthcare experience (front or back office).
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Explain testing procedures and next steps clearly and compassionately.
• Serve as primary contact for patients; provide ongoing support.
