HALO Precision Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) for hereditary cancer testing in Denver, CO. This full-time, in-person role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with a compensation range of $25.00–$32.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role combines patient education, care coordination, phlebotomy support, and EMR documentation within HALO Dx's navigator framework.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (front or back office).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing process from start to finish.
• Provide education on testing procedures and next steps.
• Serve as primary patient contact to ensure a supportive experience.
• Coordinate scheduling, specimen collection, and follow-ups with patients and partner sites.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens for genetic testing.
