Job summary

JWCH Institute, Inc. Downey, CA is seeking a Patient Navigator to support patients by greeting them, guiding them through administrative processes, and coordinating information between front and back office and the medical staff.

The role requires at least 1 year of front desk experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with diverse populations. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable, and a valid CA driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front desk or receptionist experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist clients with enrollment and navigating health system services.
• Serve as liaison between clients and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Coordinate intake and disseminate updates from front/back office to ensure accurate information flow.
• Support community outreach and engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
