Job summary

JWCH Institute, Inc. is seeking a Patient Navigator to provide frontline support at our Downey clinic.

The role involves greeting patients, guiding them through administrative processes, helping with forms, and addressing questions to ensure a smooth, respectful visit. You will coordinate communications between patients and the healthcare team, assist with enrollment-related information, and support outreach activities while traveling between sites as required, including some evenings and

Qualifications

• 1+ year of front desk or receptionist experience
• Ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• CA Driver's License and ability to travel between sites
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, visitors and the public in a friendly, professional manner
• Assist clients with forms and streamline administrative processes
• Serve as liaison between clients and healthcare staff
• Coordinate transportation of patients between locations
• Communicate updates between front/back office staff
• Participate in safety/compliance trainings and staff meetings
• Support intake processes with outreach team
• Provide information on services and enrollment opportunities
• Travel between sites as required by the role
