Job summary

The role involves liaising with clinic staff, assisting with forms, and informing clients about benefits and enrollment options to ensure smooth service delivery.

The Navigator will participate in intake processes, coordinate information flow, and support community outreach while adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience front desk or receptionist role.
• Strong customer service and communication.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Identify informational needs and connect to services.
• Explain health coverage options and refer to Enrollment Specialists.
• Coordinate information flow between front/back office and clinical staff.
• Assist with forms and intake processes; educate on on-site services.
• Support outreach and community involvement; participate in safety trainings.
