• Schedules, cancels, modifies, and reconciles appointments for Pre-doctoral and Hygiene clinics.
• Updates, prepares and distributes appointment information to patients, students, and staff; input EPIC Templates for DDS providers.
• Verifies Medicaid Eligibility and Delta Dental Insurance; validate credit card acceptance and review checks for acceptance.
