Qualifications

• Associates Degree in life sciences, business, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience in case management, customer service, or patient experience management.
• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in case management, customer service, or patient experience management.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving abilities and compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with patients, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional teams.
• Empathy, adaptability and drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about PAH and PH-ILD products while providing essential services that streamline access to therapy.
• Guide individuals through the patient journey, ensuring compliant, FDA-aligned support.
• Bridge between patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to remove non-clinical barriers.
• Provide patient education on disease state, benefits, and therapy processes.
• Maintain ownership from case initiation to closure with compassionate care.
