Job summary

You will work with Sales, Patient Engagement, and Case Manager teams to support patient needs and transitions. This role emphasizes patient education, logistics, and data documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years in clinical nutrition, nursing, or patient counseling.
• Active Dietitian/Nursing license and/or Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with PKU or inherited metabolic disorders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and caregivers on disease state and medication safety via phone/video.
• Coordinate therapy initiation and ongoing patient support with cross-functional teams.
• Support adherence through proactive follow-up and barrier resolution.
• Document patient interactions in approved systems and ensure HIPAA compliance.
