Job summary

Priovant Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to support patients and healthcare providers through access, insurance coverage, prior authorization, and affordability programs in a fast-paced launch environment.

The role focuses on education, guidance, and escalation management to minimize delays to therapy, while collaborating with case management, payer teams, and specialty pharmacies. Travel within the assigned geography is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8+ years of experience in direct patient engagement, access & reimbursement, or related field-based roles.
• Experience supporting launch environments or rare/complex therapeutic areas preferred.
• Willingness to travel within assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated access resource for assigned patients, building meaningful relationships and delivering high-touch support throughout the treatment journey.
• Educate HCP offices on payer coverage requirements, step therapy protocols, PA submission processes, medical exceptions, and appeals best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to accelerate time-to-therapy and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain compliant, professional engagement aligned with regulatory and company standards.
