Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of progressively responsible and related work experience.
• California RN or related clinical licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Navigation Services, Friends and Family Program, Physician and Grievance Program.
• Lead data-driven improvements to patient experience and service delivery.
• Develop and manage budgets, policies and procedures for Navigation Services.
• Collaborate with Stanford Medicine and affiliated partners to manage referrals and care.
