You will supervise a professional staff, manage budgets, staffing, and scheduling, and drive quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and risk management while advancing professional practice and patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• BSN from an accredited college or university.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in California (BRN).
• Knowledge of quality improvement, safety standards and hospital operations.
