As an entry-level role, you will greet people, provide directions, verify appointment details, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while upholding confidentiality and patient-centered service principles.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of healthcare or service-related experience.
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel).
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse patients and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Knowledge of hospital services and locations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in a welcoming manner.
• Provide clear directions, navigation assistance, and escorts within the facility.
• Verify appointment times, locations, and provider information.
• Escalate more complex concerns to appropriate departments.
• Respond to general inquiries about services and processes.
