Banner Health is seeking a Room Service Attendant in Glendale to deliver patient meals and support dietary needs. You will discuss and record meal selections, assemble trays, and ensure timely service with attention to dietary restrictions. Excellent customer service and teamwork are required.

Formación

• Requires reading, writing and mathematical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service attitude are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Visit patients to obtain or discuss menu selections based on dietary orders.
• Record daily patient meal selections and preferences for one or more units.
• Edit patient menus as required and assist Diet Tech/Dietitian when needed.
• Provide patient meal service including setting up trays and portioning foods.
• Deliver meals and accommodate special requests and nourishments.
• Maintain food handling and sanitation standards per licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with patients, families and staff to support nutrition care.
