Position Overview

• Seeking consultants with a strong guest relations, hospitality, customer service, or patient-facing background who can effectively engage with patients, families, and clinical teams in a healthcare environment.
• The ideal consultants should possess excellent communication skills, strong customer service instincts, the ability to de-escalate concerns, and a proactive approach to creating a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Round throughout the hospital and engage with patients and families.
• Address service recovery opportunities and elevate concerns when appropriate.
• Support patient experience initiatives and help improve overall satisfaction.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (09:30 - 18:00); Duration: 26 weeks

Pay Rate: $26.66 / Hour
