Job summary

ECLARO seeks a Supply Chain Tech to support surgical supplies distribution in the Chicago, IL area. You will manage daily inventory, coordinate restocking, and partner with clinical staff to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate shipments.

The role requires healthcare supply chain experience, basic ERP/SIS knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a flexible schedule including after-hours coverage. Day shift, 7:00–15:30, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/ GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two years of Healthcare Supply Chain experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of MS-Office, ERP systems, SIS and basic inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for effective distribution of surgical supplies to designated locations and operating rooms.
• Daily inventory of Par Excellence areas, cycle counts, and expediting orders with substitutes as needed.
• Daily restocking and returning unused products to locations; maintain audit schedule.
• Reviews and verifies shipments by counting and comparing packing lists with tickets for receipt accuracy.
• Performs basic contract administration by following up on back-ordered supplies with supply chain leadership.
• Interacts with clinical staff cordially and professionally; maintains environmental cleanliness and order.
• Meets clinical needs by ensuring order placement and delivery dates; participates in quality improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for effective distribution of surgical supplies to designated locations, Par Excellence locations, support rooms, sterile areas and all appropriate areas within the Operating Room.
• Daily inventory of Par Excellence areas (including cycle count audits, monitoring expiring/at-risk inventory, and working through outstanding orders - providing substitute options when necessary)
• Daily restocking and returning of unused product to assigned locations.
• Maintaining audit schedule.
• Reviews and verifies accuracy of shipments by counting and comparing packing lists with all receiving/delivery tickets for accuracy of receipt.
• Performs basic contract administration by following up on back-ordered supplies with supply chain leadership and inventory analyst.
• Assists appropriate management personnel in the maintenance of predetermined par levels of supplies.
• Interacts with clinical staff in a cordial and professional manner.
• Must maintain environmental cleanliness and order in specific work areas
• Must be flexible with schedule and provide coverage when needed, including after hours and weekends when necessary.
• Willingly participates in quality improvement processes.
• Ensures that order placement and delivery dates meet clinical needs.
• Problem solve with clinicians on any supply-related issues (stock outs, backorders, inadequate stocking, etc.) .
• Performs fiscal year end physical inventories.
• Provides assistance, guidance and backup for related personnel in the Supply Chain department
• Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma /GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two years of Healthcare Supply Chain experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of computer applications and software programs, including MS-Office (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel), Internet Applications, ERP systems, Surgical Information System (SIS) and basic understanding of inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes.
• Basic understanding of clinical terms and procedures.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Superior organizational & communicative skills with high attention to detail.

Pay Rate:

$22.00/hour.

Shift:

Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30)
