Job summary

Beacon Behavioral Partners seeks a detail‑oriented Mental Health Spravato/TMS Technician to support Spravato and TMS therapy services for patients with mental health disorders in Cedar Park, Texas.

You will coordinate scheduling, intake, insurance verification, and treatment delivery, act as the primary patient contact, maintain records, assist with billing and equipment maintenance, and stay current with technology developments in Spravato and TMS.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating healthcare services and patient intake.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling and insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Spravato and TMS program activities: scheduling, intake, insurance verification, and treatment delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for patients interested in TMS therapy.
• Collaborate with providers to develop treatment plans based on clinical needs.
• Schedule Spravato and TMS sessions to optimize room and equipment use.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations.
