Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration, care coordination, or patient advocacy.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Spravato and TMS therapy program logistics (scheduling, intake, insurance verification, treatments).
• Serve as primary contact for patients seeking TMS therapy and guide intake.
• Collaborate with providers to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Schedule therapy sessions and optimize use of rooms and equipment.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations.
• Educate patients on Spravato and TMS procedures, risks, and expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records including progress notes and consent forms.
• Coordinate billing and payments for therapy services.
• Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction; adjust the program as needed.
• Oversee maintenance and calibration of TMS equipment with tech support.
• Support TMS technicians and staff involved in delivery.
• Stay informed about Spravato and TMS developments and update protocols.
• All other duties as assigned.
