Qualifications

• Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills are a necessity to succeed in this role.
• Intake Specialists are a direct point of contact for referrals, patients, or commercial accounts contacting us by phone, in person or online.
• Must handle and resolve complaints effectively and with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and referrals to provide product and service information.
• Qualify orders by identifying diagnosis and insurance coverage and verify third-party billing information.
• Enter orders and changes into the computer system in a timely manner and coordinate delivery or pickup with patients or caregivers.
