Job summary

Quipt Home Medical is seeking an Intake Specialist to be the direct point of contact for referrals and patients. You will handle inquiries, verify information, and process physician orders with accuracy and courtesy in a fast-paced setting.

You will interact with patients and caregivers, ensuring compassionate service while managing daily tasks, documentation, and scheduling, using standard procedures and software tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in clerical or customer service environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel) and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for referrals, patients, caregivers, and accounts.
• Verify orders, eligibility, and documentation; process in a timely, accurate manner.
