Maxim Healthcare in California is seeking a compassionate Intake Coordinator to join our team. You will work with the Client Coordinator to manage referrals, intake, and service coordination while delivering excellent customer service.

Strong organizational skills, English and Spanish communication, and the ability to travel up to 25% are valued as you help schedule staff and open new cases in patient homes. Competitive pay: $25.00–$27.00 per hour plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; LPN or higher preferred.
• 1+ year relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English; bilingual Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Capture and relay patient referrals to management teams.
• Document incoming patient needs and service requests.
• Inform patients about available services clearly.
• Coordinate with operations to schedule staff promptly.
• Assist with opening new cases in patient homes.
• Record concerns and report to appropriate parties.
• Enter patient data into the system per policy.
• Support office staff with routine admin duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
