Job summary

You will coordinate with therapists and physicians, handle payments and payment plans, and ensure accurate data entry across databases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably with patients and therapists.
• Clear written and spoken communication with public and staff.
• Timely problem identification and resolution through data analysis.
• Flexible and capable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter new patient intake data into databases and answer calls.
• Troubleshoot patient issues as a company representative.
• Coordinate daily communication with therapists and physicians.
• Process payments and set up payment plans.
• Notify patients of coverage changes and appointment reminders.
• Check in patients for scheduled visits.
