Job summary

NIVA Health is seeking a Patient Relations & Sales Partner to connect patients with wellness programs and services, driving enrollment and ongoing engagement. This role blends healthcare, wellness, relationship-building and sales in a fast-paced clinic environment.

You will own the patient journey from initial conversation through enrollment, working closely with providers and clinic leadership to deliver a personalized, high-quality experience and meet growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, wellness, healthcare, aesthetics, fitness, memberships, hospitality, consumer services or other relationship-driven environments.
• Ability to guide customers toward appropriate wellness services and programs.
• Strong communication and active listening to identify patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships that turn conversations into consultations, enrollments and long-term patient relationships.
• Guide patients toward appropriate wellness services and confidently navigate questions and objections.
• Own your follow-up pipeline and ensure opportunities are pursued consistently.
• Stay connected with patients to support continued engagement and repeat participation.
• Contribute to clinic growth through new enrollments, reactivation and referrals.
• Ensure every interaction feels personal, professional and aligned with the elevated NIVA Health experience.
• Become knowledgeable about NIVA's wellness offerings to match goals with services.
• Collaborate with providers and clinic leadership to create a seamless patient journey.
• Support the launch and adoption of new wellness services and campaigns.
