Job summary

NIVA Health is seeking a Patient Relations & Sales Partner in Orlando, FL to grow patient enrollment and engagement within our wellness services. You will connect with patients, educate them about offerings, and guide them toward enrollment and ongoing participation.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, value-based conversations, and collaboration with providers and clinic leadership to drive measurable growth and a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, wellness, healthcare, aesthetics, fitness, memberships or similar relationship-driven roles.
• Ability to guide customers or patients toward services or programs.
• Comfort discussing value, commitment, and next steps.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships that turn conversations into consultations, enrollments and long-term patient relationships.
• Guide patients toward appropriate wellness services and confidently navigate questions and objections.
• Own your follow-up pipeline to ensure opportunities are pursued thoughtfully.
• Stay connected with patients to support continued engagement and repeat participation.
