NIVA Health is seeking a Patient Relations & Sales Partner in Jacksonville, FL to drive enrollment and ongoing engagement for wellness services. This patient-facing role blends healthcare, wellness, relationship-building and sales across an elevated clinic experience.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales, wellness, healthcare, aesthetics, fitness, memberships, or related fields.
• Proven track record guiding customers toward purchasing a product, service or program.
• Comfort discussing money, value, commitment and next steps.
• Ability to ask for the sale without making the interaction transactional.
• Ability to uncover customer needs and build rapport.
• Highly organized with proactive follow-up and pipeline ownership.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection and changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships that turn conversations into consultations, enrollments and long-term patient relationships.
• Guide patients toward appropriate wellness services and confidently navigate questions and objections.
• Own your follow-up pipeline and ensure opportunities are pursued thoughtfully.
• Stay connected with patients to support continued engagement and repeat participation.
• Contribute directly to clinic growth through new enrollments, reactivation, referrals and additional service participation.
• Educate patients about wellness offerings to connect goals with services.
• Collaborate with providers and clinic leadership to create a seamless patient journey.
