NIVA Health seeks a Patient Relations & Sales Partner in Orlando, FL. This non-clinical, full-time role sits at the intersection of healthcare, wellness, and sales, directly impacting patient enrollment and ongoing engagement.

You will build relationships, guide patients to suitable wellness services, and own the pipeline from initial contact through enrollment and retention, collaborating with providers and clinic leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, wellness, healthcare, aesthetics, fitness, memberships or related consumer services.
• Ability to guide customers or patients toward enrollment or service adoption.
• Comfort discussing value, money and next steps with customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships that turn conversations into consultations and enrollments.
• Guide patients toward appropriate wellness services and handle questions or objections.
• Own follow-up pipeline and ensure opportunities are pursued.
• Support patient retention and ongoing engagement.
• Contribute to clinic growth through enrollments, reactivation and referrals.
• Deliver a personal, professional patient experience aligned with NIVA Health standards.
• Develop product knowledge to educate patients and connect goals with services.
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to ensure a seamless journey.
• Assist with launch and adoption of new wellness services and campaigns.
