Job summary

NIVA Health is hiring a Patient Relations & Sales Partner to connect with patients, understand their goals, and guide them into relevant wellness services. The role blends healthcare, wellness, relationship-building and sales to drive enrollment and ongoing engagement.

You will own the patient journey from first contact through enrollment and follow-up, collaborating with providers and clinic leadership to grow patient participation and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, wellness, healthcare, aesthetics, fitness or consumer services.
• Ability to discuss money, value, commitment and next steps confidently.
• Great at asking for the sale without being pushy.

Responsibilities

• Turn patient conversations into enrollments and long-term relationships.
• Guide patients toward appropriate wellness services and address questions/objections.
• Own the follow-up pipeline to ensure opportunities are pursued.
• Contribute to clinic growth through new enrollments and reactivations.
• Maintain a high-quality patient experience at every touchpoint.
