Qualifications

• Experience in sales, wellness, healthcare, aesthetics, fitness, memberships, hospitality or consumer services.
• Ability to guide customers or patients toward purchasing a product, service, membership or program.
• Comfort discussing money, value, commitment and next steps.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn conversations into consultations, enrollments and long-term relationships.
• Guide patients toward appropriate wellness services and navigate questions or objections.
• Own your follow-up pipeline to ensure opportunities are pursued thoughtfully.
• Maintain patient engagement and identify opportunities for continued participation and referrals.
• Contribute to clinic growth through new enrollments, reactivations and revenue growth.
• Provide a personalized, professional patient experience aligned with the clinic’s standards.
• Educate patients about NIVA’s wellness offerings and connect goals to services.
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to create a seamless patient journey.
• Support launch and adoption of new wellness services and campaigns.
