Job summary

NIVA Health is seeking a Patient Relations & Sales Partner to connect patients with wellness services and guide them from initial conversation to enrollment and ongoing engagement. This patient-facing role blends healthcare, wellness and relationship-building to grow clinic enrollment and retention.

You'll own the patient journey, educate on offerings, address questions and objections, and collaborate with providers to ensure a personalized, high-quality experience for every patient.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, wellness, healthcare, aesthetics, fitness, memberships or other relationship-driven roles.
• Comfortable discussing money, value and next steps with patients or clients.
• Ability to build trust quickly, stay organized and manage a follow-up pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient journey from initial conversation to enrollment and ongoing engagement.
• Guide patients toward appropriate wellness services and convert conversations into enrollments.
• Build and maintain long-term patient relationships to drive retention and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with providers and clinic leadership to ensure a seamless patient experience.
