NIVA Health in St. Augustine, FL is seeking a Patient Relations & Sales Partner to grow patient enrollments and deepen engagement across wellness services.

You’ll own conversations from first contact through enrollment, turning interest into action while delivering an elevated patient experience. You’ll partner with clinicians and leadership to build trust, identify opportunities, and guide patients with confidence through the enrollment journey, retention activities, and reactivation

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, wellness, healthcare, aesthetics, or consumer health services.
• Ability to guide patients toward appropriate wellness services and enrollments.
• Strong communication, listening, and objection handling skills.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships that turn conversations into consultations, enrollments and long-term patient relationships.
• Guide patients toward appropriate wellness services and confidently navigate questions and objections.
• Own your follow-up pipeline and pursue opportunities consistently and thoughtfully.
• Stay connected with patients to support continued engagement and repeat participation.
• Contribute to clinic growth through new enrollments, reactivation and referrals.
• Educate patients about NIVA's wellness offerings and align them with their goals.
• Collaborate with providers and clinic leadership to ensure a seamless patient journey.
• Support the launch and adoption of new wellness services and campaigns.
