• Coordinate scheduling for records, exams, and follow-ups.
• Manage patient accounts, insurance verification and financial agreements.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the PM software.
• Collaborate with orthodontists and clinical team for seamless experiences.
• Follow up with prospective patients to support case acceptance.
