Job summary

EyeCare Partners in Suwanee, GA is seeking an Assistant Office Manager to lead a patient-focused team and uphold the Total Patient Experience across the office.

The role requires medical office experience and at least one year in a customer-facing position, plus a high school diploma. You will work closely with physicians and staff, enforce policies, train and coach teammates, and manage day-to-day operations and office flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer/patient facing role.
• Experience in medical office preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Total Patient Experience (TPE) is effectively executed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors at the office.
• Enforce all corporate policies and procedures.
• Motivate and coach team members, communicating changes constructively.
• Assist with day-to-day office operations and workflow optimization.
• Support Office Manager in leading the office to success.
• Handle questions from team members and patients when Office Manager is unavailable.
