Job summary

Clarkson Eyecare is seeking an Assistant Office Manager to lead a patient-focused team and manage day-to-day office operations in Suwanee, GA. You will drive the Total Patient Experience (TPE) and ensure compliance with corporate policies, while coaching staff for performance and providing great service to patients.

The role requires prior medical office experience and some leadership history, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience preferred; previous leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Favorable result on background check as required by state
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Execute the Total Patient Experience (TPE) effectively.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with doctors affiliated with the location.
• Enforce all corporate policies and procedures.
• Motivate team members with positive, constructive communication during changes or news.
• Assist with day-to-day operations including office flow, inventory, and staff training.
• Coach the office staff to success under the guidance of the Office Manager.
• Handle questions from team members and patients when the Office Manager is unavailable.
