Qualifications include medical office experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily activities, inventory, and staff training under the Office Manager's direction.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical office settings preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a patient-focused team.
• Must be able to pass background check and provide work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Total Patient Experience (TPE) effectively.
• Maintain good relationships with doctors and office staff.
• Enforce corporate policies and procedures.
• Motivate team with positive communication during changes.
• Assist with day-to-day operations including office flow and inventory.
• Provide guidance to the team as directed by the Office Manager.
• Answer team and patient questions when Office Manager is absent.
