Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Assistant Office Manager to lead a patient-focused team and drive efficient office operations across our eye care practice. Based in the United States with offices nationwide.

The role supports the Total Patient Experience (TPE), maintains strong doctor relationships, enforces all corporate policies, and motivates staff through positive coaching to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent education/experience.
• Favorable background check as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain good working relationship with doctors at the office location.
• Enforce all corporate policies and procedures.
• Motivate team members by remaining positive and communicating changes or news constructively.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the office (flow, inventory, training).
• Assist leading the office through coaching as directed by the Office Manager.
• Handle questions from team members and patients when the Office Manager is unavailable.
